Steve brings more than 40 years of experience helping individuals, families and business owners achieve financial success and investing peace of mind. In 2001, he founded Rice Financial Consulting to expand the scope of services he could offer while providing the personal attention each client deserves. Steve is a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®) and a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®). He has been a leader in the industry, serving as President of numerous organizations for financial professionals. He has spoken at more than 200 industry meetings around the country.
Steve has also been active in his community, having served as Mayor of Los Gatos, on the Los Gatos Town Council and the Town’s Planning Commission. He has also served as President of the Rotary Club of Los Gatos and is currently the Treasurer of the Los Gatos – Monte Sereno Police Foundation. In his free time, Steve enjoys traveling, playing golf and spending time with his wife, Linda, and their family.
